Camborne Assessment of H2O Line Intensities
Retrieved “a” parameter a = 1.02 +/- 0.03 a = 1.20 +/- 0.04 a = 1.01 +/- 0.06
Jungfraujoch Assessment of H2O Line Intensities
Retrieved “a” parameter a = 1.00 +/- 0.04 a = 0.99 +/- 0.05 a = 1.17 +/- 0.04
Future Work • Assessment of Line Intensities • Camborne • Completed; retrieved “a” are consistent with previous work at Reading • Jungfraujoch • Work has began; will be fairly quick with confirmed water profiles. Initial results are quite promising to moving closer to band centres • Absolute Calibration • Camborne • On going work; need to think in some detail now what is causing difference between model and observations (line lists, continuum model, Kurucz , water profiles.........) • Jungfraujoch • Calibration data now available; work to begin after Camborne
