  2. It all started in Canada (Schumacher Lc) 1985 Franz Greisbach meets Gustav Schumacher in Germany at the farm show in Frankfort. At this time, Franz owns a business called Argis Limited in Canada. They start a plan together to start selling the Easy Cut knife system in North America. Franz starts selling Schumacher knife kits in Ontario Canada to dealers and farmers. Franz sells and installs each kit.

  3. Franz Sells To The First OEM 1985

  4. The First Distributor Is Set Up In North America 1986 S.I. Distributing starts selling Schumacher knife kits in the aftermarket. The owner Joe Whitney hires two salesman who travel the Unites States selling to Dealers. S.I. Distributing attends all the major farm shows selling Schumacher parts.

  5. Schumacher LC Opens In Durant Iowa 1995 Schumacher Company LC was founded in Durant, Iowa/USA. Today, it is the largest company outside Europe with a production and stock area of more than 4000 m² in 2 locations.

  6. Schumacher LC Starts Building Complete Knives For: 1997

  7. Schumacher LC Starts Selling To The AGCO Group 1997 The Pro Drive was the first item AGCO purchased. Next came the Schumacher Easy Cut knife system offered as an option. Now, the Schumacher Easy Cut Knife system is used on most all AGCO platforms made.

  8. Rasspe Americas Starts Stocking Parts In Durant 2000 Rasspe Americas Company is formed to better serve our North American customers. Rasspe sells to OEM and Distributor accounts.

  9. Schumacher LC Stockton Iowa Plant Is Opened 2003 The manufacturing portion of Schumacher LC and Rasspe Americas is now produced in the Stockton Iowa facilty. Main products include: Knifeheads John Deere & Agco Flexbars Punched Knifeback Waterjet Cutting John Deere Rigid Cutterbar Assemblies

  10. AGCO Starts Selling Schumacher & Rasspe Parts To Fit All Other Brands Of OEM‘s 2007

  11. Schumacher LC & Rasspe Employees 2008 Schumacher Company LC And Rasspe Americas 23 Employees Durant And Stockton Iowa USA
