Walker signs state budget • Approves CALS’ dairy and meat capital projects • Delays implementation of new HR system until 2015 • Requires BOR to develop a policy on outside groups using UW space or staff • Loosens policy on selling state owned lands, and allows proceeds to retire general state debt • JOCER approved 1% pay plan • UWSA President Reilly announces retirement • Chancellor Rebecca Blank begins • Provost DeLuca announces he will step down
