American Recovery & Reinvestment Act • New Rules Will Impact Us All • Recovery Project Requirements • “Unprecedented levels of transparency & accountability” • Recovery.gov clearing house for project information • Project summaries will be required • Services must provide Weekly, Monthly, & Key Milestone reports • Stricter "Buy American" provisions • Prime Contractors expected to have reporting requirements • Specific contract clauses under development
