Waiting until marriage is not perfect for everyone • We believe that teens should have access to birth control and condoms. • If a teen wants to have sex they should be able to have accession to the proper protection.
What do teen girls think • Some girls don’t feel comfortable talking to their parents about sex the parents jump to conclusions that their children is having sex. • Girls should have sex safely.
Teen girls should be allowed birth control • If a teens doesn’t use birth control they could get pregnant and will ruin their life's. • Teenager will not be able to be a teenager they will have to be responsible for a child.
Its going to happen! • If a teen is absolutely set on having sex, nothing is going to change that. • The teen would rather have sex without birth control than have to talk to their guardians about obtaining it.
Let’s be realistic. They’ll just go without protection. • It is most likely that teens will go without protection if it was mandatory for parents to consent the process of their kids obtaining birth control. • When situations like this happen, many teens will steal birth control from anyone available, or THEY’LL JUST GO WITHOUT IT.
Yes they should be allowed! • Teenagers of today think of sex as a way to pass the time or to seem cool. • When situations like this occur, it is best to have protection . • Also birth controls are not always related to sex, they may help girls regulate their period, and sooth the pain of cramps.
Teenagers should be allowed ! • It is a fact that most teenagers are going to experiment with sex, and their parents are usually the last ones to know about it. • It is better to be safe than to be sorry. Sex just comes to people, and teens are better off with protection.
Yes! From a teen… • The majority of teens don’t feel comfortable talking to their parents about sex, because they immediately jump to conclusions. • If they decide to have sex then they should do it in the safe way; therefore they should be allowed to obtain birth control without parental consent.
