  3. He became a pirate…and this is his manifest of stolen booty

  4. His Keys to the Dungeonand Ball and chain

  5. A compass and spy glass were his tools

  6. And a ship flying the Jolly Roger

  7. A Deserted Atoll…A Treasure… and a Pirate’s Adventure Begins

  8. Perhaps the elevation is “Spy Glass Hill.”

  9. Cascading waterfalls

  10. A source of fresh water; this island is habitable …

  11. Evidence exists… man was here…once.

  12. This dinghy testifies to man’s presence… once, and perhaps still.

  13. Trees on the sand…

  14. Hints of man’s activities

  15. Others have rested here…

  16. As foaming waves crashed the shore And lulled man to sleep

  17. Dead coral rests

  18. Near clams aplenty Waiting for the taking

  19. The sea’s secrets… life and food for the taking

  20. Existing as a Source of Food

  21. And life…with giant mantas

  22. Hawkfish blend in a sand fan

  23. Clownfish

  24. gifts live within the conch shell

  25. Another foodstuff…coconuts

  26. Or picnic treasures left to share

  27. The skeleton of a lost ship alerts the adventurers… man’s been here.

  28. He saw the sun set

  29. And dawn return

  30. And while his treasures slept

  31. Secured and hidden

  32. He played… and prayed…

  33. Waiting for a ship

  34. Hoping for helpknown only to God

  35. Perhaps dreading the treasure seekersand what they might bring

  36. To this island of live oak trees… Remember…

  37. Dead men tell no tales.
