Decided that the OFs needed to be responsible and recognize the importance of visiting their MD prior to engaging in any exercise program. Have you seen your MD lately or do you treat your car better than yourself?
Make the Commitment to be there and Share the Cost • Fill out the enclosed RSVP form (event sign up-commitment and family discussion) along with a check for $6 per person (man, woman, child) for food and prizes
