Healthy food A group project for students of the 9 form. We were given a problem: ”Is everything tasty what is useful”
AT the end of our project we will have a contest on the best recipe of healthy food and recommendations on healthy style of life.
Subjects included into the project: • English • Computer studying • Biology
The teacher divided us into two groups: • 1.“Choosy Customers” Nagirna Alexandra, Tania Bovkun, Arina Vyrostkova. We went shopping to the super markets, different shops and local market. We compared the prices, the conditions of storing goods, the containers and made a lot of photos. We made a survey among the citizens of our town – “Where is the best place to buy food.”
After our research we made a conclusion and created a diagram.
People usually buy products at the market. Why? It is much ch eaper. Is it good or bad?
2. “Gournments” Chapaylo Jana, Shandra Natalia, Trehubetska Stanislava. Their aim was to choose the best place for having meal. So the girls ate pizza at the café, had dinner at the restaurant, cooked dinner at home and then compared. The best meal is homemade.
They interviewed 300 pupils and 30 teachers of our school. The results are:
Before making recommendations for healthy style of life we studied a lot of materials and used this information.
This recipe was the winner in our contest – “Fruit Salad”. • One banana • Two kiwi fruit • A pineapple • Two oranges • Some grapes • Strawberries • Mixed with syrup or cream. Help yourself. Alexandra Nagirna is our winner.
RECOMMENDATIONS • -buy products only of high quality • -buy food only in containers • -cook and eat at home-it is cheaper and tastier • -treat yourself rationally • -don't overeat • -eat at pleasure,dream at leasure • -one should eat to live ,not live to eat
