Solutions Benefits • Improve the geographical information system • Purchase both hardware and software of GPS system. • Change another GPS with more functions in the future so that computer in the pizza shop can keep track on delivery cars. • Easier to find the destination • Increase the working speed • Take more orders • More profits • Lower the possibility of having accidents

  3. MIS 2. Supply Chain Management system problems: • the pizza always arrives cold. • Toppings are stuck to the box. • There is only one mushroom on the toppings.

Solutions Benefits • Purchase some bags that could keep food warm • Store operators must carefully integrate purchasing and inventory decisions. • Chances of topping being stuck on the delivery box will be lower. • The pizza shop will not run out of food during a busy period or to waste food when the demand is low. • More customers are more willing to order from shop→increase on revenue and reputation
