Client: IXP • Client Name: Peter Vlant • Industry Vertical: Careers • Client Needs: The client wanted his cost per acquisition (CPA) down to AUD $250. • Worked on and Implemented: Optimisation of campaigns which included review of existing ad groups, ad texts, landing pages and keywords. Worked on adding new keywords (including different match types) and ads and changing existing ones based on stats and trends. Split out the ad groups into more tightly themed ones. The ads were linked to the most effective landing pages to increase conversions. His campaigns were also split into display only campaigns and optimised to get the best out of the Google Display Network. • Results: I was able to reduce his CPA by 28% and got it much below his desired CPA.
