ICH Annual Report on Homelessness • Highlights • Sent to Governor and Joint Legislative Committee on Nov. 11th 2015 • There has been an increase in unsheltered homeless across the state • Point in Time data compared to Annual Totals • Shelter space is very limited, lengths of stay are longer than Federal allowances • Limited affordable housing options and not sufficient permanent supportive housing options available across the state • Homeless Services Framework will be our roadmap this year • **ICH Annual Report can be found on DHR/ICH webpage on the publications page www.dhr.maryland.gov/homeless-services
