Report 6…Choose year parameters Choose a beginning and ending year if wanting multiple years of data….or the same year for both if wanting only one year of data… i.e. ..Assessments given anytime in 2008-2009 year are 2009.
Report 6…Choose Assessment Subject (Score or Subscore level) Choose an Assessment Subject …Test (ex: SAT-10), Score level (ex: Reading), orSubscore level (ex: Comprehension)
Report 6…Choose Subgroup If wanting to look at “all” students, you do not need to choose a subgroup (blank)….otherwise choose the subgroup to disaggregate data….
Report 6…Choose grade level(s) Choose to select an individual grade level to look at or multiple grade levels….
Report 6…Grade as a subgroup In “treating grade as a subgroup” you choose “No” to aggregate data or “Yes” to disaggregate the data into separate bars for each grade level chosen…

Hands-0n Activity • Use Report 1 to access the Student Assessment Summary for the students you teach…. • Sort by any one of the columns on the report. • Search for a particular student. • Access additional information about a particular student by going from the report to that student’s Student Profile. • Export this data to an EXCEL file. • Custom sort by IEP status • (Tip: Delete first row – the title row)
Report 2…Choose Class Parameters For Elementary & BJHS choose a “Full Year”…. For BHS choose a “Semester”…. unless your class is a “Quarter” length class
