Possibility to contribute to the DR competitiveness: • By promoting best practice • By becoming a CICMC Chapter • By certifying local CMC’s • Boosting “Native/Indigenous/local/domestic” talent • Helping to find regional/local solutions to • regional/local problems • Making sure consulting funds for the Caribbean stay • At the Caribbean.

  7. Begin with a workshop to create critical mass • Train the trainers concept • 1st in English then maybe in Spanish • Identified the potential CMC’s • Promoted the concept • Tried to sell the workshop for sustainability…
