Light excited hyperon Production on a proton target at CLAS

Investigating the production of hyperons on a proton target using CLAS data for accurate measurements. Motivated by the search for missing hyperons like S(1480) and precise S(1385) cross-section measurements. Employing various analyses such as gp→K+.L(p0) and gp→K+.p-/+(S-/+). Collaboration with Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. Preliminary results show potential findings and call for further theoretical input to interpret the data comprehensively. Systematic study in progress.
