  6. You Can Help Stay Safe • No one should touch you in places covered by your bathing suit except your parents and your doctor.

  7. You Can Say No! • Say no if someone is hurting you or makes you feel uncomfortable! NO!

  8. Don’t Agree to Keep Secrets That Make You Feel Ashamed.

  9. You Can Tell Someone You Trust! They Can Help You!

  10. You Can Ask God to Help You Feel Better!

  11. Let’s See What Catie The Caterpillar Did When She Had a Problem and Someone Hurt Her and Made her Feel Shameful

  12. Let’s Talk About Catie’s Story • How can Catie know who she can trust? • Is it OK for Catie to be angry with Uncle Cad? • How can Catie stop thinking about the “secret” and stop feeling shameful? • When is it OK to say no to an adult? • How can Catie learn to forgive Uncle Cad?
