It is very important to have recreation in our lives. When we are recovering from our TBI we kind of lose ourselves and forget what it is we like to do. Hobbies, music, social outings, support groups, friends, and family are good experiences for us as it helps us to have joy, happiness, and a sense of self. Pacing ourselves is vital to our stamina and reduces fatigue, seizures, and migraine headaches.
