Lessonslearned: • Wethouders als RvC kan zowel positief als negatief uitvallen; • Regionale samenwerking afhankelijk van personen; • Regionale samenwerking onder druk bij economisch mindere tijden. • Schaalvergroting “aandachtsgebied” vergroot marktwaarde; • Focus op onderscheidend en heb lef.
