  2. Curt Cloyd began his career from the most basic entrepreneurial level and tried his hand at a lot of businesses before he decided that real estate investing was his primary area of interest. He knew that this was the right business stream for him and he worked gave his all to gain expertise in this business.

  3. Curt realized early on that there is no equivalent to knowledge in the business world and he immersed himself in gathering knowledge about real estate investing from all possible sources. He attended lectures, seminars and workshops to learn the minute details and principles of real estate investing and he spent countless hours in libraries, reading books and expanding his knowledge

  4. Through his determination to excel and make a mark in the business world, Curt Cloyd worked in the field with complete dedication. Initially, his gathered knowledge didn't prove enough to bring him success and he had to work really hard to establish himself. Through this time, he never lost hope and when he saw other professionals struggling beside him, it inspired him to work even harder.

  5. Once he was established in the business he realized that even though everyone started from the same level of expertise some real estate investors achieved higher success rates as compared to others. He observed these successful businessmen and found that all of them had taken personalized real estate coaching at some point of their career to gain better understanding of the market.

  6. When he saw that personalized coaching helped real estate investors in making the most of their skills and resources, he decided to provide coaching to new investors who were looking for a foothold in the real estate market. Expanding on the idea of personal coaching

  7. Curt decided that under his coaching program only a limited number of real estate professionals would be coached per session so that they can get complete attention of the coaches. The coaching would be given in accordance to a person's business, risk taking capacity and business acumen to ensure continued business success.
