The license of Choudhry Muzaffar has been reinstated by The Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board as recommended by The Administrative Law Judge. The Appraisal Administration had jurisdiction over subject matter of his case. He was sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust as proved by the petition that had met Choudhry’s burden. That’s why it was recommended by The Administrative Law Judge to the board that his license be reinstated on certain terms and conditions.
