  2. FOUNDED BY WAYNE & DIANE TESCH IN 1985 We want to see every foster child, age 6-12, experience a life changing camp, club and mentor. We have thousands of volunteers anddozensofsupportingchurches all over America… but we still have a long way to go. We are the nation’s leading network of camps, clubs and mentors for children of abuse, neglect and abandonment. Since 1985, we have lifted children from the deepest pits of despair and given them hope that they can takeone more step toward a better tomorrow and a brighter future. This summer, 7,524 kids experienced a Royal Family KIDS Camp! THIS IS GREAT...BUT IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. OUR GOAL IS TO DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF KIDS WE SERVE BY 2020.
