Written Response • You must write at least five sentences for each question. • Each sentence must have five to seven words ONLY. • Reason: easier to understand, cuts out many grammar and punctuation mistakes.
Written Response #1 • With age and experience come knowledge, the realization of harsh realities, and finally wisdom and understanding. Trace the narrator’s journey from innocence to understanding in a thoughtful essay. • EXAMPLE: “Scout started the story as a little girl but she learned many hard life lessons along the way. The main lesson she learned was ________. She learned it because of these things that happened: ________, _______, and ________. She was changed as a person because _________.” You may also choose to DRAW A SCENE FROM THE MOVIE showing something harsh Scout learned in “To Kill A Mockingbird.” Your picture must include five details from the movie: for example, Boo Radley, Jem, Scout, etc.

The town has decided it is time to honor Tom Robinson as a hero of the town. • PROJECT CHOICES: • Written Drawn As the mayor of Macomb, write a three paragraph Design a museum exhibit for Tom Letter saying why Tom Robinson Day will be Robinson Day.
