Knowing the people – things we know • Access to service increased from 0.7% to 4.1% in ten years • Average caseload numbers reduced from 38 to 20 • 27% of CMHS caseload are Maori • The average duration of contact is reducing over time • 5 years to 2 years
Knowing the people – things we know • 71% of people have no acute contact CATT or Inpatient stay in last 6 months • 27% have paid employment • > 90% have an up to date recovery plan • 2% live with no fixed abode
