  2. Statement of problem • Increase of casualties due to fire in households! • Absence of smoke detectors in house holds! • Highest risk for senior citizens and children!

  3. Goals and Objectives • Equip homes with smoke detectors • Raise awareness among people between 25-55 • Urge government to introduce a law

  4. Audiences • Citizens between 25-55 • Housekeepers • Producers • Government • Media

  5. Tactics • Release of informative TV commercial • (similar to the TV commercial of Bulscom) • Meetings with housekeepers • Letter to the editor • Contacting TV stations

  6. Time Line • Release of the TV ad within the first 6 months • Cost versus audience • Simultaneously volunteers will start contacting housekeepers in different cities. • Goal is achievable in the longer term • 6 month and above
