Ingredients • 6-7 medium peeled potatoes. • 1 whole yellow onion. • 2-3 cups of olive oil for the frying pan. • 5- 6 large eggs. • Some salt.
Utensils • Sharp Knife to Chop Onion and Potatoes. • 1 Large Frying Pan to fry Potatoes and Onions. • 1 Medium Frying Pan to Cook the Omelette. • A Potato Peeler. • 2 Mixing Bowls – 1 large and 1 small-
Directions • Peel and Cut the Potatoes. • Peel and Chop the Onion. • Put potatoes and onions into a large mixing bowl and mix them together. • Fry the potatoes and onions. • Beat eggs and mix with potatoes and onions. • Cook the mixture. • Turn the omelette when it's a little brown. • Fry it again in the other side.
