  3. Project Level Reporting • ETA 9104 • Combines program and financial data • One report per project • Submitted electronically through the eNEG system • Due 45-days after the quarter-ending date • Cumulative Data at the Project Level

  4. ETA 9104 - Performance • Four Project Categories • Regular • Disaster • Dual Enrollment • Trade Act Health Insurance • Not all fields are required for all NEG types • Many are self explanatory • Electronic system will only ask for fields appropriate to project type

  5. ETA 9104 - Performance • Reported through the Grantee Reporting System • Click “Begin” next to “Quarterly Performance Report”

  6. ETA 9104 - Performance • All fields are cumulative from project Start Date • “Total Participants” • Number of eligible individuals who have received services funded by this NEG. This is not a sum of the other service fields as a participant may receive more than one service. • New TEGL definition applies

  7. ETA 9104 - Performance • “Exiters” • Total cumulative exiters (positive and negative outcomes). Cannot exceed Total Participants. Global exclusions apply. • “Entering Employment at Exit” • Exiters that have entered employment within the grant period • Cannot exceed Exiters

ETA 9104 - Performance • “Receiving Intensive Services” • 20CFR 663.200 and WIA Sec. 134(d)(3)(C) • assessments, career plans, counseling, career planning • Includes services wholly or partially funded • “Enrolled in NEG-Funded Training” • 20CFR 663.300 and WIA Sec. 134(d)(4)(D) • Includes training wholly or partially funded • “Receiving NEG-Funded Supportive Services” • Included services wholly or partially funded

  10. State-Level Reporting • ETA 9090 • Cumulative data (by state) for all active projects: Total Participants Total Exiters Entered Employment Retention Earnings Change

  11. WIASRD Reporting WIASRD allows for the reporting of services received for up to 3 NEG projects per record: • 313a – 1st NEG • 313b – 2nd NEG • 313c – 3rd NEG • Field Structure: “ME-14” is reported as “ME14”

  12. WRIS and NEGs • WRIS data may be used for performance reporting for NEGs • NEGs are under Title 1 of WIA • No modification to the Data Sharing Agreement is needed • Confirmed by the NASWA Board on December 8, 2005
