  5. The Pilgrims meet Samoset, the Native American.

  6. Samoset and his friend Squanto help the Pilgrims learn how to plant vegetables.

  7. The Pilgrims and the Native Americans have a great feast. This feast was the first Thanksgiving and it was to thank their Native American friends for helping them with the harvest.
