Your Benefits Delivery Team Plan Sponsor Governing Body for Retiree Benefits (LLNS) Health Benefits Administrator Manages Data, Enrollment and Customer Service for LLNL Retirees (Hewitt Associates) Benefit Plan Carriers Provides your Health and Welfare Insurance Benefit (Anthem BC, Kaiser, HealthNet, PacifiCare, Delta Dental, Arag, Etc.)
Key Dates • Go live with Your Benefits Resources ™ (YBR) Web site on November 1 • Notices of Creditable Coverage mailed November 12 • Enrollment Worksheets mailed the week of November 19 • Annual Open Enrollment December 3–December 14 • If you are not making changes, you do not need to take any action • Log on to YBR Web site to make changes or use comparison tools • Bills for January coverage mailed on December 20, ongoing bills are sent on the 15th of each month.

BNY Mellon—Medicare Part B Reimbursements • Retirees currently eligible to receive a reimbursement for their Medicare Part B premium will continue to receive it. • The reimbursement will no longer be added to your pension check. You will receive a separate monthly check or deposit • 2008 Maximum Medicare B Premium is $96.40 • Direct Deposit Forms will be included within the first or second check you receive
Upcoming Communication • COBRA letter sent to homes after November 1 • Annual Enrollment kit will be mailed the week of November 19 • What’s Changing web communication via the YBR Web site
