  1. User Manual for Online Electronic Queuing Token System for Tatkal Bookings

  2. Please open website http://etokenprsajmerdiv.com New user have to do one time registration on website.

  3. To register, use your mobile no (10 digit no only) as a genuine User. Name and ID has to be declared at this time. User will get an OTP to confirm their registration.

  4. User have to put received OTP as a verification code to confirm their registration & press Verify button. After confirmation, registered user can apply for eToken.

  5. User could view the page after registration.

  6. Existing user can login directly by pressing button User login (for E-Token Apply). User have to put same mobile no & password, which used in registration.

  7. After User login following page will be open where user could see Booking menu.

  8. User can apply for eToken by clicking on Booking. User have to apply for eToken one day in advance of ticket purchasing date between 08.00 to 17.00 hours.

  9. User have to select only station & booking class. 1st passenger always would be a registered user. Three more passengers can be added in the list. Then press submit button.

  10. Once the time for applying eToken closes at 17.00 hours, application shall allot eTokens through a transparent random selection process (GUID by Microsoft Corp.). These users shall be assigned queue positions starting from 1 & shall be sent via SMS on the registered mobile numbers of the users between 17.30 to 19.30 hours.

  11. The message shall be as under: “Dear User, your queue position is 7 on counter number 1 for Tatkal booking on date 15.08.2016 at Ajmer, PRS. Please reach latest by 09.30/10.30 hours” For eTokens, a separate Tatkal queue could be formed.

  12. The users, who have been allotted eTokens are required to carry SMS received on registered mobile no. to show to PRS staff with registered ID proof.

  13. If due to any reason, the SMS received gets inadvertently deleted, the same can be regenerated by the user on clicking on “Resend Token” on http://etokenprsajmerdiv.com.This system shall not allot more than 5 e-tokens in a month to any one registered user.
