High Demand Occupations • We look at multiple factors to help make comparisons between occupations more even • Number of Openings • Most important • actual amount of job openings expected • Net Change in Employment • 2nd most important • volume of increased numbers of positions • Growth Rate • Least important • rate does impact the speed that jobs are created or eliminated, but it does not change the number of current job opportunities
