Training Methods Every job position available needs to train employees before letting them work with the public. Everyone learns different so a standardized training method does not work well for everyone. The effectiveness of training relies on two things the participants willingness to learn and the knowledge of the trainer. The fact that there are multiple ways of training for all the different types of methods makes it hard to have expert trainers.
