  1. Registration Process for Candidates 2014 ACNB Exam

  2. Initiate Registration • To initiate registration, go to the website. At • the top right corner of every page, you will see this Registration link www.acnb.org

  3. Click Registration • Once you click “Registration”, you will see the following • Click the Button “I am a graduate student..”

  4. Enter Information • Enter your Name, Email and Password information in the area underneath the box • When you have entered this information, you “Register”. You will see a message prompting you to login to the site

  5. Initial Profile Complete this profile

  6. Notify ACNB of Registration • Send an email to the Executive Director and request upgrading to Potential Candidate • Once you have completed this and received an email informing you of the upgrading of your Status, you will log back in and complete the rest of the Candidate Application materials on your Profile Page. Be sure to allow @acnb.org emails through your spam filter! executivedirector@acnb.org

  7. Candidate Requirement #1 • Complete your Office Location by clicking on “Add Location” Be sure to click Primary Location

  8. Candidate Registration When you look to the right side of your Profile page, you will see the Status Box and it should read “Potential Candidate”

  9. Candidate Registration • Education is the next required section. You need to enter the information for your Undergraduate College, even if you did not obtain an undergraduate degree. No diploma is required for this college • You must enter your Chiropractic College information and upload a copy of your Diploma. You may also email this copy to Executive Director • Here is the location to do the upload:

  10. Candidate Registration • Click Add License • Enter the required information and upload an image (picture) of your current license

  11. Candidate Registration • Next, you must complete the Required Questions. Click this tab and answer the questions • Then, click on “Save” at the bottom of the page

  12. Candidate Registration • Your next component is your Postdoctoral Education program through a CAGEN approved entity. You will need to order a transcript. You may use this form for Carrick Institute hours. Submit this immediately as it takes better than three weeks to have the Carrick Institute staff sent it to Executive Director Desktop/ACNB/Exam 2014/Webinar shots/TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM 2011 new.pdf

  13. Candidate Registration • You must upload or email the Executive Director a passport photo (or similar photo) of yourself. You will find this on your Profile page at the top. Click Edit Profile then scroll to the bottom and click “upload file”

  14. Candidate Registration • Now, pay your fee. Go to your profile and look at the Status box. Towards the bottom you will find a link to make your payment. • The payment must be in the hands of the Executive Director by MAY 1, 2014

  15. Candidate Registration Registration for the specific site for your written exam will not occur until the middle of July, generally July 16th is 45 days before the first date of the written exam

  16. Candidate Registration You may pay the fee by wire transfer using this information. Find the information on the ACNB.org website under the Candidate section. There is a link labeled “International Wire Transfer”

Candidate Registration • Registration for the specific site for your written exam will not be available until the middle of July, (45 days before the first date of the written exam). • An additional webinar regarding candidate registration will be available after May 1st. • If you live in a rural area, find testing centers in the urban areas closest to you and let the Executive Director know what they are so that she may help SMT locate as many potential centers as possible. • If you live in a large urban area, SMT most likely has one or more options. We try to get you a location within 2 hours of your home (in the US). For international locations, testing centers are more limited. • The additional webinars are in sections for the written exam and the practical exam. Those who are only taking one part need only watch the part relevant webinar. • Use the webinars and the Study Guide. Much of the information that you need is there. You are responsible for using the information provided. • Good Studying!
