  6. Strategic Objectives • Specific • Measurable • Attainable • Realistic • Timely

  7. Objectives • List objectives of innovation zone as they pertain to student outcomes (attendance, dropout rates, test scores, etc.) • Describe specific activities you will be implementing throughout the year.

  8. Action Steps • Provide the specific details/tasks • Professional Development • Teacher/Student Activities • Procedures/Processes • Time-frame • Who’s responsible?

  9. Monitoring • How will you monitor the action steps as they are implemented? • What data will you review periodically to adjust your action steps?
