3. How-To Use? Collar Insignias. Khaki- ENLISTED If you need to place your collar insignias on a diagonal pointing to the tip of the collar, simply use the dotted lines in the middle of the card labeled “Center Line” and align on the point of the collar. Adjust the Pin-iT Card so that the top and bottom of corners of the card are just touching the sides of collar (A, B). Then, Place the bottom of your insignia in the notch on the side of the Pin- iT Card labeled “Collar Devices” ensuring that the bottom of the insignia is resting on the notch. This will give you a measurement of 1/2″ on each side of your insignia. Collar Insignias. Camo- OFFICER The Pin-iT Card is the same size as the collar of your Camo Shirt. Using the side of the Pin-iT Card, place it on the shirt collar so that the sides of card are touching the top and bottom of collar. Next, slide the Pin-iT Card up the shirt collar until you see the collar peeking through the edge of hole V. (Using the top edge of hole V will ensure that your collar device is one inch up from edge of front collar. Then, place your collar device into the notch on the Pin-iT Card labeled “Collar Devices” ensuring that the bottom of the device is resting on the notch. Collar Insignias. Camo- ENLISTED Use the dotted lines in the middle of the card labeled “Center Line” and align on the point of the collar. 4. Garrison Cover Place the bottom of the Pin-iT Card on the bottom edge of the garrison cover. Place the left side of the Pin-iT Card on the left edge of the garrison cover. Then press your rate insignia into the slot labeled “Garrison Cover”. For Officers- Flip the garrison cover over as well as the Pin-iT Card and then align the card to the bottom and right edge of garrison cover. Name Tag, Ribbons, and Insignias Align the bottom of the Pin-iT Card to the top of the uniform pocket.
