  8. Asssistant Principal – Likes Job can be more focused Job can be “jack of all trades” Teflon position/nothing sticks Match your skills

  9. Assistant Principal – dislikes “Grunt work” Not a lot of recognition “Jack of all trades” Complaint office

  10. Dean of Students – Likes Work with struggling kids Work with younger teachers Turn a “bad” experience into a “good” experience

  11. Dean of Students – Dislikes Conflict, conflict & more conflict (truth & lies) Don’t get to know those not in trouble Parents – not my kid/”this case is an exception”
