CONCLUSION: So, what was the sign of the Prophet Jonah? The most obvious reference is the three days and nights in the belly of the great fish which represents sheol. It’s not just an old story of a person swallowed by a big fish but it’s a picture where Jesus conquered death.
1 Corinthians 15:55-57 55“O Death, where is your sting?O Hades, where is your victory?” 56The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is Alive and He is alive forever.
THE PROMISED OF GOD: John 14:1-3 1“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
