Petition Summary The Central Texas Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society formally petitions the Section Executive Committee of the Central Texas Section for approval to establish a Chapter bank account in accordance the MGA Operations Manual.

Recommendation • Approve the petition • The MGA rules and Section policies allow Chapter bank accounts. • Using the combined Section account does not meet the needs of the Chapter. • The Chapter is willing and ready to comply with all MGA and Section rules. • No compelling reason exists to justify denying the Chapter’s petition.
Motion Approve the petition of the Central-Texas Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society to establish a bank account separate from the Central-Texas Section in accordance with the MGA Operations Manual.
