  2. Method Heat Butter in a pan add chopped garlic sauté for few minutes add chopped onion sauté, add peeled and diced potato sauté for some time add cleaned and chopped Celery . Saute. Now add water or vegetable stock cook till tender . cool down , puree and strain adjust consistency Add salt and white pepper powder ( To Taste ). Serve hot garnished with fresh cream.
