  2. On DVHSCLUBS.org, you can... • Submit club “Minutes” • Make special club announcements • Send messages to the officers of other clubs, along with Manasa Gujju (head of clubs)

  3. What YOU need to do: It’s an easy two-step process! Simply..: • Click on the “Club Request” tab on DVHSCLUBS’s homepage • Fill out the request page

  6. Submitting Club Minutes: When logged on to your club’s account on your club page, you will see a “Minutes” tab next to the “Home” and “Members” tab. By clicking on this “Minutes” tab, you will be taken to a Google form where your club minutes must be submitted. Please contact Manasa Gujju with any questions regarding Club Minutes.

  7. ***When submitting a club request, please remember that…: • You must create a password that you and your fellow club officers will remember!- These passwords CANNOT be changed. - Adding on to that, your password must be kept confidential within your club’s circle of officers • Your club photo must be an appropriate photo of your club/club logo. You may change your club icon once your club’s page is set up as well.

  8. Uploading events to the Calendar You must be logged on to the following Gmail account in order to add events to the Calendar on DVHSCLUBS.org: dvhscalendar@gmail.com Username: dvhscalendar Password: Dougherty2013

  9. Can regular students create accounts for themselves to see our updates? Yes, they can. By clicking on the “Sign Up” tab on the site’s upper right-hand corner, any DVHS student can create an account and add themselves as a member to different clubs.
