Format for bullet points • This is the preferred format for bullet points • The font used for all text (including headings) should be Arial • Try to keep your font size at 16 point or above – especially when running presentations in larger rooms • The hanging indent is set at 0.75cm There’s no stopping you!

  3. To illustrate your presentation • You can use photos on a slide with bullet points or plain text • The picture should be placed to the right of the bullets • It should have a white frame (apply the ‘simple frame, white’ from the automatic styles in the picture menu)

  4. Or you can use a single photo by itself

  5. Or a montage of pictures

  6. Place tables or graphs in a white frame
