  1. Excellent ways to empower women for sustainable development: Nowadays, there are many definitions of empowerment when they talk about women's empowerment. They include accepting those not part of the emotional cycle in the decision- making process. It is a strategy for empowering people to exercise their power in their own lives, communities, and society by taking action on the issues. The most crucial factor to consider for a woman's development and the overall development of a nation is empowering the girl child through education. It entails enhancingthe status of women through promoting their literacy, education, training, and upbringing. Women's empowerment is all about empowering women to make decisions that will have a significant impact on their lives across a range of national issues. Put women in places of power and decision-making: Although several governments already have many solid female economic contributors, gender equality is still a fantasy in much of the world. In the fields of technology, food production, resource management, domestic wellness, entrepreneurship, energy, and climate change, women have actively begun to participate. Most women still need access to solid career prospects and the tools they need to find higher-paying employment. As attention turns to inclusive economic systems, giving women leadership opportunities and including them in decision-making can significantly contribute to women's empowerment. Invest emotionally and financially in the business ideas of women: Putting women in charge of their businesses is a successful strategy for addressing gender disparity. The government can start programs to teach women business skills to get better jobs. When they look at worldwide trends, they see that many developing nations invest a portion of their annual earnings in the advancement of women. The unfair pay gap can be eliminated from the socioeconomic landscape by investing in women's education and giving them access to business opportunities. It will motivate women to participate more actively in the supply chain. Advising women both personally and professionally: Fancy regulations cannot eliminate gender pay disparities or the absence of employment chances for women. Gender-sensitive economic policies should be implemented to solve the issue at its source. Mentoring programs should take a more holistic approach to assist women in achieving their entrepreneurial goals and advance them as leaders. Income-generating abilities do not always result in developing empowering personalities, and empowering the girl child in India might introduce effective mentorship programs to meet the rising fiduciary expectations. Taking steps to combat unpaid labor: The biggest issue with gender disparity is the unpaid labor done by women. Numerous marginalized groups usually lack economic independence, and society frequently disregards the contributions they provide, such as rural women and domestic workers. With empowerment programs aiming to increase women's salaries, resources can be managed effectively to end the problem. Unpaid labor is becoming a bigger problem in many developing nations, mainly rural and unskilled people. Women can be encouraged to explore and use their potential by addressing the motivating elements and defending them against abuse.

  2. Final thoughts: From the above mentioned, empoweringthe girl child in India make significant investments in the welfare and empowerment of women, empowering them to reject gender stereotypes and step beyond their regular positions. It is necessary to break down barriers, investigate alternative programs supporting equal opportunities for women, and foster financial inclusion to keep up with shifting global trends and achieve sustainable development goals.
