  2. Important People & Events • Choose ONE per unit • Basic biography of person • Brief summary of event • Historic Importance/Significance • Why did you choose this person & event? • Pictures/visual aids

  3. Visual Aids & Pictures • Obtain via internet, drawing, photocopy, etc. • Must be relevant to person/event • Decorate “frame” with visuals related to person/event • Be Creative!

  4. Poster Layout • 6 people/events on one side • 6th person/event from CNN news • Can use “flip chart” model to allow for fitting information • Make sure text is readable & at least 4 paragraphs per frame

  5. Presentation & Due Date • Due Wed, January 26, 2011! • Be prepared to present one person & event • Explain historical significance & why YOU chose that person/event • Worth 200 points possible!
