  1. SPCC Guidance Summary • Notes: • The total tank volume is determined by the aggregate of all aboveground tanks storage capacities. Do not include any container with a storage capacity less than 55 gallons. • Spill within 3 years > 1,000 gal or two spills >42 gal – amount released to navigable waters. • Do not include USTs that are already regulated by UST regulations (e.g., 40 CFR 280/281).
