Report Due August 19th, 2016 • Finally, the Commission directs the Staff, within nine months of the date of this order, to file a report in a new docket discussing the process and recommendations of the Stand-by Rates Workgroup.
U-17767 DTE Electric The implementation of a Stand-by Rates workgroup was uncontested by the parties to this proceeding. The Commission notes that the convening of such a workgroup was approved in the November 19, 2015 order in Case No. U-17735, and the Commission directs the Staff to assure that DTE Electric is included in that workgroup.
