  2. About the Tortillas • Painted Tortillas have many kinds of paintings on them like flowers, skeletons, or any kind of unique designs that remind them of the person that died. These are placed by the altars during the day of the Dead celebrations. They are really easy to make, and are also pretty cheap to make too.

  3. My Tortillas • I based my tortillas off of a mary gold flower because it is a popular decoration on the altars. I painted a skeleton because it represents the dead.
