  1. Egyptian Art By: Kevin and Ethan

  2. Pyramids These mountain like structures were built for pharaohs. These were also made to bury the Egyptian Gods and Goddesses.

  3. Coffins Coffins had ancient writing called hieroglyphs and djed symbols meaning stability. The 1st layer was painted brightly and was made of wood. The 2nd coffin was more simply decorated.

  4. Hieroglyphs Hieroglyphs were an ancient writing system developed by Egyptians in the B.C. times.

  5. Mummies Mummies were dead people who were wrapped in special cloth called linen to protect and preserve their bodies.
