Logo usage guidelines • Accredited Hospital by KARS is allowed to use KARS logo, as follows : • Passed with Excellence : 5 Stars, Advance : 4 Stars, Intermediate : 3 Stars, Basic : 2 Stars • KARS Logo can be used by hospitals with valid accreditation certificate • Hospital which plea to extend its accreditation 6 (six) months before expiration of its certificate, is still allowed to use KARS logo • If the certificate is expired and hospital has not plea to extend its accreditation yet, hospital lost its right to use logo • In case hospital could not maintain its standards that cause invalidation of its status, hospital lost its right to use logo

  5. It is a must to use logo precisely according to the specification and format. Neither change of colour, font or any discrepancy of logo is allowed that cause logo appearance differ from the regulation. • Yet, the size of the logo could be adjusted according to the need of each hospital • It is strictly prohibited to use KARS Logo to advertise hospital product or services or for any commercial use • The right to use KARS logo is given only to accredited hospital, thus not to be transferred to other hospital / organization. • KARS has the authority to break the right of logo usage, whenever there is a violation on regulation. • Criteria of logo usage is valid for all media promotion, electronic or printed, including newsletter, business card, brochures, and other promotional materials or prints. • (Put on screen : SPO PENGGUNAAN LOGO )
