  6. What we did… Right and Wrong • Wrong: Did a “course” introduction. Too much information!!! • Wrong: Expected everyone to be as excited as I was. • Wrong: Expected immediate results • Right: Spread lessons out over a year a new thing each six weeks • Right: Baby steps • Right: Made it a game / challenge • Right: Announced each challenge over PA got students involved
