The Road to a Bond Election • School Board: • Forms Long-Range Planning Committee • Long-Range Planning Committee: • Serves in an advisory capacity to the NISD school board and administration in developing a 20-year master plan for facility and technology needs. • Reviews data, prioritizes the capital needs, and formulates a plan to address the needs • Prepares and presents recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding a future bond referendum.
