Here are some tips which will help you to manage your oral dental health. • To maintain a beautiful smile in your face and to have a healthy biting function it is necessary to maintain your oral health. • If you any kind of dental problem and ignore not only it will affect your daily life but also damage your gum and teeth more. • So you have to be serious while dealing with dental health.

In a day at least brush two times: • To maintain your oral health cleaning of your teeth is necessary and the best way for cleaning is to brushing. • To reach the optimum oral health brushing your teeth twice a day is necessary especially after eating. • Also make sure the toothpaste you are using has fluoride in it and don’t forget to change your brush after the using it for two or three months.

Flossing one time a day is good: • Even though brushing help you to clean your teeth but sometime some food stuck between your teeth and can’t be removed by simple brushing. • If you let those food stay there for long it will affect your gum and teeth health. • So in order to remove that kind of food you can floss at least once a day.

  5. For doing this take about 18 inch long floss and wrap it around your middle finger and then gently rub one teeth at a time. • If you find it difficult to use normal floss then don’t worry as there is an inter dental cleaner available to help you to maintain your oral health.

In a year visit your dentist twice: • To make sure that your gum and teeth remain healthy in other word to maintain your oral heath it is necessary that other then brushing and flossing you also meet with a dentist and give your oral cavity professional check up around every six month. • Beside from regular checkups if you encounter any kind of irregularity in your oral health such as red and swollen gums, bleeding gums during flossing, sensitivity to hot and cold, bad breath or unusual taste in your mouth then immediately contact a dentist.

  8. • Drink the water which has suitable amount of fluoride in it. • Smoke is not just injurious to physical health but also oral health too, so avoid smoking or tobacco. • It is wise to wear mouth guard when you play sports outdoor.
