Creating Scales • One Size Fits All or Tailored Made? • Students need a clear understanding of what needs to be learned, track their progress along the way, and recognize when they have achieved the target. • The scale: • 3 mastery of the goal • 4 student taking the goal to the next level • 2 and 1 reflect the sub skills needed to master the learning goal
